Hey dheatley96, MakeMKV should be able to natively process your disc. Looking at the log file gives some clues:

002003:0000 Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:L-EC UNCORRECTABLE ERROR' occurred while reading '/BDSVM/00004.svm' at offset '8847360'

MakeMKV can't read one of the BD+ files, so it can't mitigate the BD+ protection. All I could suggest is cleaning the disc to resolve the read error.

UHD discs can only be decrypted if they are in the public keydb or MakeMKV's native key database. Until someone provides a disc dump file for their disc it will remain unsupported. It is possible that unsupported titles correspond to new versions, but they can just as easily be older regional variants from smaller markets.

Doesn't sound too flawless to me... All you can do is clean it or try a different drive.

Hey Jack, welcome to the forum. The disc ID isn't absolutely essential, but it allows keydb contributors to quicky check if a disc is already supported by the keydb before downloading and processing the disc dump file.

The disc ID is the SHA-1 hash of the Unit_Key_RO.inf file found inside the AACS folder on your disc. This can be calculated with a tool such as 7-zip or any other good hash utility.

If you get a chance Liersi, I'd recommend trying out SamuriHL's KeyDBTool for Windows with your next unsupported disc. It can usually generate and submit keys for discs when the media key is already known to the public keydb - such as your Tron: Legacy disc. You can always post it here if a disc remains unsupported.
