Hey dheatley96, MakeMKV should be able to natively process your disc. Looking at the log file gives some clues:

002003:0000 Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:L-EC UNCORRECTABLE ERROR' occurred while reading '/BDSVM/00004.svm' at offset '8847360'

MakeMKV can't read one of the BD+ files, so it can't mitigate the BD+ protection. All I could suggest is cleaning the disc to resolve the read error.
