Asus BW-16D1X-U

Hi, can anyone please help. Is this drive able to be patched to read 4K?
If so could you please advise what flash utility to use and which firmware?

Thank you! As it turns out I took a chance and used the SDFTool Flasher v1.36 and Firmware WH16NS60-1.02
Worked like a charm.

I used SDFTool 1.36
Used Firmware BW-16D1HT 3.10
Worked perfectly since it is a Asus drive.

To avoid the Sleep Bug or have less problems with 3-Layer discs feel free to flash to LG WH16NS60 1.02MK.

Also as zittrig said flash the LG WH16NS60 1.02MK

The drives in the BW-16D1X-U are rebranded LG WH16NS40 from what I have researched.

depends if its mt1959 see guide or email me or marty for an auto flasher

if its pioneer email me for the automated flasher see profile for email
