Could you also upload the full AACS/MKB_RO.inf file from your physical UHD disk into a file host such as OneDrive or Google Drive please, and then reply with a public download link? The copy of this file inside your TGZ dump file has been truncated to only 56 bytes, making it unusable to anyone except MakeMKV itself.
