Would you happen to have access to an LG or Asus drive? If so, creating a new disc dump with that drive would be helpful. Public KeyDB Disc Submissions
- Please use file hosts, not forum attachments
- Your MKB_RO.inf must be at least 2MB, so copy it directly from your disc
- Place the extracted keydb.cfg file in the same directory as your disc dump files

If you haven't previously configured MakeMKV to utilise the public keydb you can follow my instructions here or use SamuriHL's utility for Windows (Link)
