MakeMKV needs to create this TGZ dump file from the actual UHD disk, and not from its files copied to your hard drive. Fortunately for you, KEYDB already contains your key. However, I also suspect you copied the files to your hard drive
without also disabling bus encryption, which makes them unreadable anyway.
