MakeMKV needs to create this TGZ dump file from the actual UHD disk, and not from its files copied to your hard drive. Fortunately for you, KEYDB already contains your key. However, I also suspect you copied the files to your hard drive without also disabling bus encryption, which makes them unreadable anyway.

KEYDB identifies each disk by the SHA-1 hash of its AACS/Unit_Key_Ro.inf file, which allows me to say with certainty that this entry is for your disk:

You need to copy the latest KEYDB.cfg file into the same directory where MakeMKV writes its TGZ dump files.

Thank you for double checking, I went back through this thread and found the original post, turns out the disc is unencrypted but the aacs folder being present is confusing makemkv i deleted it and now it reads

I recently got my hands on Loki's season 2 UHD discs and for some reason i can't rip disc 2 meanwhile disc 1 rips perfectly fine. I tried getting the disc info and validating it through KeyDB Helper but no luck, so here's the dump!

KEYDB already has this disk's key. You cannot rip it because your drive hasn't enabled LibreDrive - for some unknown reason!?

Hello! Thank you aso much for the pointers I'm kinda new to ripping UHDs, I couldn''t get it to work no matter what i tried i installe JRE, changed cables, usb ports, nothing worked. But when i plugged the drive to my macbook after a couple of hiccups it ripped it without any issues, same thing happened with another disc i couldn't rip, it kept saying the source file was corrupt and couldn't be read at offset xxxxxxxx until i plugged the drive into my macbook. Is there something i'm doing wrong?
