Old Version

Post by putdepuckindenet »

I just tried updating Makemkv to the latest Beta version (1.18.1). But, when I launch it, it gives the "This is an old version" error message. How do I get around that?

Thanks.

In some posts with the problem similiar to my "Mmkv doesn't find the source protected BD-25-formatted disk", I learned that the installation of an older 1.18.x version of Mmkv could help.
But where can I find these older (Windows-) installation files?

And now comes the known problem that I'm told "This version is too old" an I can't find a registration key and no way to buy a key. Somehow boring to land in an escape room...
MakeMKV is not trivial to handle but for experts.
