Public KeyDB Disc Submissions

Sorry, the disc I submitted last time was a duplicate. This happened because I did not configure the keydb file properly. I have now correctly configured it and backed up that previously duplicated disc. This submission is for a disc that still cannot be decrypted even with the properly configured keydb.

Thanks for following up. I'm glad to hear you were able to get your initial disc decrypted via the public keydb. Don't forget to grab the latest keydb file in order to process your second disc.
