Things sold out pretty fast.....

Just wondering if there will be anymore of the "Vantec Premium NST-510S3-BK Enclosures" come available for sale?

Also will there be more of the "Asmcom Stable Power Loom kit" Asmcom_Stable_Power_Loom-AU-TYPE-C (can be any country 5vdc supply just need a lead)?

The polarity has to be correct and the voltage. These power supplies have been manufacturer to match the stable power loom, taking the diode voltage drop in to consideration.

We have enclosures on our website now. Type C looms should be with us in 10 days. The reason we sell this as a kit and not separate is to minimise the chances of some one buying a incorrect power supply and damaging their optical drive

I already have a Pioneer BDR-XS07TUHD and an Asus BW-16D1H-U flashed with Pioneer BDR-209 E114/ID71 firmware and reliability is my primary concern over speed especially in regards to scratched discs. Are either of the DE or MK firmwares any better than the other for this?

I would love to purchase a drive or two, but it appears there are no US power supplies remaining -- is there any way to order a kit or two to be fulfilled when the proper loom & PS are available?

Appreciate the honesty, I actually bought the BDR-XS07TUHD from you some time ago based on advice you gave me over email. They have been great except for a few discs, one UHD but mainly CD and DVDs, which don't appear visibly scratched but they are unable to read. Would I be wasting my money in getting a BP55 with the MK firmware?

Ordered three Hitachi BU40N drives (1-00DE) on Sunday evening and they arrived on Tuesday morning - much earlier than expected.

I’m using macOS, and all three worked perfectly straight out of the box with MakeMKV. No flashing, no tweaking, no headaches - just plugged them in and started backing up my UHD collection.

The drives were extremely well packaged, the supplied instructions were clear and easy to follow, communication throughout was excellent, and the little Haribo surprise made me smile too!

With genuine UHD-friendly drives becoming increasingly difficult to source, it’s reassuring to find someone who clearly knows the hardware inside out and properly tests everything before shipping.

I’d happily buy from Asmcom again and have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for a reliable UHD-friendly drive.

We are pleased to confirm that we are expecting a large delivery of our Asmcom Stable Power 5V Power Adapters and Asmcom USB Stable Power Type-C Looms on Monday, 3rd August or Tuesday, 4th August.

We also received the balance of our BP55 and BU40N drive order yesterday, so everything is on schedule for next week.

All currently out-of-stock items will be back in stock as soon as the new shipment arrives.
