Thanks, that's the MKB_RO.inf file. Do you also have a TGZ dump file to share please? I expect KEYDB will need both files.

Didn't MakeMKV generate a TGZ dump file? E.g. something like MKB20_v82_ARCANE_etc_XXXX.tgz? If it did, then the log output will tell you where it has been written to.

However, you also seem to have ripped your "Season 2 Disk 3" disk correctly, and so this is likely a transient problem. I suggest ejecting the disk, waiting for a bit and then reinserting it and trying again. Hopefully, MakeMKV will generate a usable TGZ file next time.

it does seem that one disk randomly works and then another doesn't so I suppose my only option is to eject eject eject until it works? (I'm not sure what a libredrive is unfortunately)

It might help to wait until the disk appears in Windows File Explorer before launching MakeMKV.

The public KEYDB.cfg file only has a partial entry for the MKB20_v82_ARCANE_SEASON_TWO_DISC_TWO_7E25.tgz disk, and so we'd be interested in having a usable dump.

Yes please . When MakeMKV finally manages to enable LibreDrive for your "Arcane Season 2 Disk 2" disk, can you create a discatt.dat file for it please? Basically, use MakeMKV to start creating an encrypted disk back-up into a temporary directory, wait until the discatt.dat file appears (and it should be one of the very first files), copy it to a safe location and then abort the back-up.

is this time sensitive (like is it impossible once its fully complete?)? because makekv is currently managing to make a backup of episode two after a few tries, it's roughly half way through atm, could you give me suuuper clear instructions as to what you need form me aha

edit: Ive found the dispatt file, did you mean to say abort the backup only if I'd already backed it up? as in I can just copy this and continue the backup?

If you're already successfully creating a back-up of disk 2 then could you just grab a copy of the discatt.dat or discattd.dat file and upload it please? No need to interrupt anything .
