Thanks, but are you sure you have provided the correct MKB_RO.inf file for this "Temple of Doom" disk please? The TGZ dump file says that the MKB_RO.inf file should be "MKBv76", but you have provided one that is "MKBv61". (Actually, I suspect it's the MKB_RO.inf for "Mockingjay - Part 2".)

Oh sorry, yes. I used a script to generate all of this in my first post. It didn't reset a variable properly in case no appropriate MKB_RO.inf is found. The correct submission follows:
