Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV alos writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

you should be able to download the files from my links now.
do the mods utilize the links that the app sends when you are trying to rip and get a failure warning?

If installing the latest KEYDB.cfg file is above your capabilities then you have no choice but to email both your TGZ dump files to svq@makemkv.com and then wait patiently.
