I checked my emails and I got an error... Files were too big (sent 3 files in the same email) so I resubmitted all three as individuals. Sorry for the issue.

True, the server cannot accept large attachments, but you could still upload the TGZ dump file into (say) OneDrive or Google Drive, and then reply with a public download link.
