Your particular Black Bag disc has been included in the public keydb since May 8. Similarly, your Mickey 17 disc has been in the public keydb since May 7.
If either disc isn't working with MakeMKV you haven't extracted and placed the keydb.cfg file in the correct location.
Public KeyDB Disc Submissions
- LG/Asus drives only (Pioneer drives are not supported)
- Please use file hosts, not forum attachments
- If your disc dump is under 3MB, you need to manually include the MKB_RO.inf file from the AACS folder

Are you sure that the keydb.cfg file is in the correct folder in MakeMKV? If so, can you share more information about your operating system or where you placed the file so that people can help you better?
