It sounds as if MakeMKV doesn't have this disk's key yet, but that KEYDB does. However, I also think KEYDB has contained an entry for

What is your DiscID please, i.e. the SHA1 hash of the AACS/Unit_Key_RO.inf file?

You shouldn't get that message if everything is working correctly! Are you using the latest version (v1.18.1) of MakeMKV?

Yes, I can confirm that the existing KeyDB entry for disc ID: 0xBF68CDFDFE7352793D0EF4540E53DD34C7159E57 is correct and is the same as Fu2chN's disc.
