Re: Dump submitted for ARCANE S1 Korea Release
Could you please upload these dump files to a file host and post the link here? I believe that B038 disc might be the first reported AACS 1.0 MKBv82 disc...codename393 wrote: Thu Mar 13, 2025 7:16 am 1 MKB20_v77_ARCANE_S1_UBD_ACT1_5762

Re: Dump submitted for ARCANE S1 Korea Release
Thank you for making your disc dumps available to the forum. All four discs have been added to the public keydb.codename393 wrote: Thu Mar 13, 2025 2:13 pm I uploaded it to Google Drive.

If you haven't previously configured MakeMKV to utilise the public keydb you can follow my instructions here or use SamuriHL's utility for Windows (Link)
If anyone is interested, these AACS 1.0 HC were revoked in MKBv82:
Code: Select all

And there was much wailing and gnashing of teeth...keydb_helper wrote: Thu Mar 13, 2025 3:17 pm If anyone is interested, these AACS 1.0 HC were revoked in MKBv82:Code: Select all

I'm fairly certain that this HC was originally revoked in MKBv76...
Code: Select all

And so it begins. Coincidentally, a new PS3 firmware was just released last week. I wonder why that is. lolkeydb_helper wrote: Thu Mar 13, 2025 3:17 pm If anyone is interested, these AACS 1.0 HC were revoked in MKBv82:Code: Select all

Re: Dump submitted for ARCANE S1 Korea Release
Could you also upload the actual AACS/MKB_RO.inf file from this physical BD disk please? MakeMKV has probably filtered the one inside the TGZ dump file, so it would be useful to know what the original looks like. Thanks.

Thank you. All disks can be ripped now, but Disk4 takes too long to decrypt.keydb_helper wrote: Thu Mar 13, 2025 3:17 pm Thank you for making your disc dumps available to the forum. All four discs have been added to the public keydb.

Also, the log keeps saying “This disc uses newer version of AACS protection. Please let us know about it by visiting ...” in the log.

I'm a bit surprised that the MKBv82 disc didn't work in conjunction with the updated keydb. My recollection was that MakeMKV would attempt to use the keydb for any unsupported title but that behaviour might be limited to UHD discs and AACS 1.0 discs with an MKB version <= {the most recent MKB at build time}.
