AACS Dump - Ice Age 4

I hope this works.
I could not rip this dics and MakeMKV spit out a TGZ-File:

Since you posted this in the blu-ray section, I assume the disc you're trying to rip is a regular blu-ray. If that's the case, there should be no need to submit a dump and download a hashed key. That is only something that's needed for 4K UHDs.

There's probably something else going on in your case if my assumptions above are true.

That is a standard BluRay, and KEYDB.cfg already contains its keys. So MakeMKV should be able to decrypt your disk if you copy the KEYDB.cfg file into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ files) and then restart MakeMKV.

According to KEYDB, this disk also use BD+.
