There is an entry for this in the keydb but it looks like it has a different disc id.

Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

So I did that, and it didn't fix it... but I just double-checked, and I copied the file to the wrong directory. :oops: I moved it the right place, restarted MakeMKV, and now it's working fine. Thanks very much!

If you're on windows, use this going forward:

Whenever you want to update the KeyDB, use the synchronize button and it'll automatically copy it to the proper MakeMKV directory for you.
