I think the correct response to this is to tell you to email the TGZ dump file that MakeMKV probably created to svq@makemkv.com, and then post its file name here.

Failing that, maybe upload all of "these files" of yours into (say) Google Drive or OneDrive (etc), and then publish a link here so that we can all look at them?
