The latest KEYDB.cfg file contains this entry:

which should match your 1C78 variant. Have you tried downloading this file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

I didn't try, in fact didn't knew how it works this whole thing. After I've read your post I've done some research, downloaded the CFG file, and bingo, it all works perfect!!!

No worries, but to be clear - KEYDB is an alternative optional database that MakeMKV can use, if available. Your key will also appear in MakeMKV's own "hashed keys" database at some point.
