I'm not sure if the issue is on my end but your disc dump seems to be a corrupt 32KB file. It should be 2-8MB. Could you please regenerate the dump file and re-attach it?

The forum server definitely says that the file is only 32KiB.

Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?
