Does copying this file into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV help?

Nope, downloaded the file, copied to the directory and restarted MakeMKV. Failed to open the disc.

For Mac and Linux, the file also needs literally to be named KEYDB.cfg rather than keydb.cfg, because their file systems are case-sensitive.

Hopefully, KEYDB will gain some more entries for this title over the next few days. I see there's a third entry now already:
