Really not sure why people have issues with menus with JRiver. It works fine for me. I've not had any problems when I've used it. I don't tend to keep full ISOs kicking around for long as I make MKV's (go figure...see forum title). But when I do use it, I've not had any issues.

One test you should try. Rip the disc to a decrypted folder backup with makemkv. Then use mkvtoolnix on the backup folder to create the mkv, selecting the right playlist file in mkvtoolnix. Or you can use jriver mc if you want menus. It's not free but it's one of the best playback software for PC IMO.
