Any help on this disc? It is listing 3 different titles all of the same length but different segment maps? Any suggestions, as to which is which?

The first one worked for me. Including forced subtitles for English track.

I've noticed this with most Disney Blu-Rays. I imagine it has something to do with how they stitch their movies together for various options on the menu.

It's because one will have French/Spanish graphics. Not subtitles, but graphics.

For example, it may say "A Pixar Film" in English, but in the French "angle" it will say "Un Film De Pixar" or a sign may say "Toys" in one version and "Jouets" in French.
