I am selling a highly sought-after, first-generation ASUS BW-16D1HT internal Blu-ray drive (manufactured around 2013-2014) in absolute pristine condition.
This drive comes Complete in Box (CIB) with the original retail packaging, inner boxes, and factory plastic bags exactly as it came from the store. It has very low mileage / barely used over the years, spending its life safely stored. (Note: Original box is included; I will upload photos of the packaging tomorrow morning).
This is the legendary Platform: MT1939 revision, coming straight with the clean, unlocked native Stock Firmware 1.01. It has absolutely no aggressive ASUS firmware locks, no modern drive downgrading restrictions, and no RipLock (speed limitations). It features full, out-of-the-box native LibreDrive compatibility in MakeMKV.
Drive Details:
• Manufacturer: ASUS
• Product: BW-16D1HT
• Revision / Firmware: 1.01 (Factory original)
• Platform: MT1939 (First Gen hardware)
• Packaging: 100% Original box and accessories included
Condition:
Flawless, mint condition. To verify its laser health before selling, I just tested it by successfully doing a full continuous sector erase and burning a massive Verbatim BD-RE DL 50GB disc at a steady 2.0x rate without a single drop or hitch. It performs like a brand new drive.
Attached you can find the actual ImgBurn log from today (running successfully from 02:31 to 04:04), proving a 100% successful full format and continuous burn.
Payment & Shipping:
• Price: €120 + shipping (or Open to reasonable offers via PM)
• Payment: PayPal (Goods and Services only for buyer/seller protection)
• Shipping: Ships carefully packed inside its original box (with extra protective outer packaging) from Romania to anywhere in Europe via tracked international courier (DPD, DHL, or national post).
Feel free to send a PM if you are interested. Thanks for looking!
