LG BP60NB10 not reading new BluRays

After 2 years of successful ripping, some new 4k disc refuse to read on my LG BP60NB10. Some of these discs include Little Shop of Horrors and Your Name. When open in makeMKV, the drive spins before eventually saying there is no disc inserted. I've tried restarting it, re flashing it, and reordered the same discs to no avail. Is anyone else having this issue or know a fix?
