Need help with registration

Hi, So long time ago I bought the program MakeMKV, i cant find that registration number. No worries I'm OK with buying a new one however it says I have to use the free one and gives me a registration code. hat doesn't work. says trial has expired. So im stuck. I cant find my old registration and it wont let me purchase a new registration and the one I'm told to use doesn't work. Can I get a fix around this, again, I dont mind paying again.

Current beta key listed here is good until the end of September, so that should take care of you while you send a note to support@makemkv.com to have Mike look up your full registration key.
