Problems with Disney movies

Hi everyone I have 2 Disney BluRays that refuse to be scanned in the same way: "Ralph Breaks the Internet" and "Zootopia". Both need a really really long time to open the disc, but succeed. Then I get a big list with titles to scan. When selecting all of them every one succeeds, but the main movie (there are 3 tracks that can be the main movie).

When opening the "Zootopia" disc there are a bunch of these errors:

When saving the titles there are a bunch of these errors:

Like I said the behavior is the same for the other BluRay which is kind of odd.

Errors like that mean the optical drive is unable to correctly read the disc. The standard advice is to gently clean the disc and try again.

I already tried that. And the funny thing is that these 2 discs are behaving very alike...
