Hash-Check THUNDERBALL

I'm having a problem with Thunderball UHD (German).
I always get the message “Hash Check failed” at the same position.
I've tried it with several drives and several UHD media.
Does anyone have any advice?

Clean the disc with liquid soap and warm water. Make sure your drive gets enough power. Ideally connected to USB-C.
