BD-RW BDR-212D

I'm very new to this and am still trying to understand what I need to do to get things working. I have been able to do DVDs and regular BDs but to do UHD BDs I need to flash my drive, yes? Below is the info from MKV, could please help me out (I have never flashed anything but a BIOS before). Right now if I put a UHD disc in windows does not detect it, and MKV says no disc (again, I assume this is because I need to flash the Firmware, but have no idea where to begin and even reading through forums I am a little lost and do not want to accidently flash with the wrong thing and wreck my drive). Thanks in advance for any help.
