How to back up Blu-ray disk to ISO

Can someone please explain how to back up a Blu-ray disk either directly to ISO or how to convert the resulting folders into an ISO?
I'm used to backing up DVDs which are ISO files by default, and can be treated the same as a physical disk.

I'm using a "Pioneer BD-RW BDR-UD03" USB disk drive.

1. Backup to folder using MakeMKV.
2. Use ImgBurn to create ISO from decrypted folder.
