I have a disc, Marjorie Morningstar, that is missing an M2TS file when it's evaluated with MakeMKV. When I open the proper playlist, 00004.mpls, I can see that the expected length would be 2:03:29 with two constituent M2TS files. These are 00009.m2ts and 00004.m2ts which are 00:00:11 and 2:03:18 in length, respectively.
However, when I open the corresponding index.bdmv file with MakeMKV, the length is only reported as 2:03:18. This 11 second difference directly corresponds to one of the M2TS files.
Is there an additional setting that is available that might be excluding this M2TS file? Is it possible that because the 00009.m2ts file contains only a video track, and no audio track, while the 00004.m2ts file contains both, that this would be causing MakeMKV to exclude the 00009.m2ts file?
