License Key Not Working

We've purchased a key for MakeMKV to allow for BluRay extraction, but the key doesn't work.

If you used "copy/paste" to input the key, try typing it in, instead.

Certain email programs, like ALL versions of Outlook, including the online version, will "copy" more than just the text. When you paste it in, you have invisible formatting characters in the mix.

It's something I have to deal with on a regular basis. Well, actually, that's not true, because I trained the people actually talk to customers to check this first.

I've tried doing it both ways, and it doesn't work. There shouldn't be any spaces, correct?

Could I DM you the key, and tell me if I'm missing something (maybe I didn't copy it correctly from the original email)?

Your best bet is to contact support@makemkv.com, and not anyone else. Only Mike can deal with key issues, if the key itself is wrong.

Are you referring to a permanent key, or the beta key?

If the former, you need to contact support@makemkv.com as mentioned above.

If the beta key, Expiration of beta key is applicable. And it is the time for the beta key to expire...

It's about the beta key. This has expired since May 1st, 2020.
