This is what occurs when I copy the contents of the disk onto the machine and feed it index.bdmv.

Interesting note:
While copying another disk over to test with and opening makemkv, the drive spins down, a debug message appears, then the disk spins back up and resumes copying. This happens twice every time makemkv is opened.
