settings.conf for headless allow to contact web server for updates

Hi I'm trying to find information on the settings.conf options for a linux installation on headless ubuntu 18.04 LTS.

Is there a link to all the settings.conf options somewhere, I'm having a difficult time finding anything which isn't related to a gui based install.

Most specifically I'm hoping to get the option for "Allow contacting web server for updates" that would normally be under Preferences > General.

I've got MakeMKV working with the ARM github project but am unable to backup LibreDrive based 4K UHD discs. My drive is flashed and the drive works in windows but I'm trying to get it working in my headless ubuntu machine to backup discs automatically on insert.
