New keys UHD

I spent several days visiting the update keys, and I see that since November 7, 2018 there are not, and I miss it a lot, since I sent several dumps to svq@makemkv.com and still no news about it.

If you are using version 1.12.3 or later of MakeMKV, the keys are automatically downloaded.

If you're using an older version, you need the newer version to submit key dumps.
