Sierra 10.12.2 and makemkv 1.10.3 doesn't move past scan

Since installing MacOs Sierra 10.12.2, Makemkv just sits at scan with no progress indicated. Any ideas, looks like others working fine with Sierra?

I'm still on 10.12.1 and do get hanging but only on DVD-R's so far.

I went as far as getting the dasdi properly working - "opened in DASPI v1.5 mode" instead of "opened in OS access mode" but I still get hangs.

Am going to try to send the debug messages to the email listed on the FAQ.

Try using an older version of MakeMKV, 1.9.9 specifically.

I am running into the same problem.
Was getting the scsi errors that said it was a drive error or dirty disk

Have swapped out the drive and multiple disks.
Used 3 different versions of makemkv as well.

Now in version 1.9.9 it is hanging at about 1/8 complete and the time screams up and then everything freezes.

Any ideas?
