Hardware error

I've received this error when trying to rip a few different Blurays. Is this an issue with my drive? its a cheap drive from amazon.

Matshita BD-CMB

Error 'Scsi error - HARDWARE ERROR:TRACK FOLLOWING ERROR' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00800.m2ts' at offset '6226833408'
