MakeMKV Stops Halfway Through

Each time I att5empt to burn a BD disk the program stops halfway through the process. I know this info is vague but I will provide more if I know what to get.

Here is the message that shows up

Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:L-EC UNCORRECTABLE ERROR' occurred while reading 'BD-ROM PLEXTOR BDDVDR PX-B320SA 1.05' at offset '21728917504'

That's the drive saying it can't read the disk at that point. If it was reading fine up to that point, start with cleaning the disk.

Success! I have resolved the issue. Sometimes you can't see the trees for the forest.
The disk was coated with some kind of junk. It took several cleaning attempts but it finally worked. Thank all for your help.
