Having an issue for the first time while trying to rip this disc. I purchased it from an Australian vendor and am located in the USA.

The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

Email your TGZ dump file to svq@makemkv.com. And could also upload it into (say) OneDrive or Google Drive please, and then reply with a download link? This would allow people to try adding it to the public KEYDB.cfg file too.

Thank you for the reply and apologies for the delayed response. I have no idea what changed but I just tried ripping the disc again and it is working!
