The bad news is that your TGZ dump file contains almost no usable information. Even MakeMKV wouldn't be able to do anything with it.

The good news is that your disk is already in KEYDB.cfg anyway:

You need to download the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copy it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restart MakeMKV.
