The Martian failed to open disc?

Post by suLLy_718 »

Bought 2nd hand, for promotional use only on box. Any ideas bad disc or makemkv need to be restarted?

Saved AACS dump file as C:\Users\pc/.MakeMKV/MKB20_v60_The_Martian_13B3.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

The latest KEYDB.cfg file contains this entry:

Code: Select all

0x9950652BAB77458DB947EA0808A0B015E5C98F1A = THE MARTIAN (The Martian) | D | 2015-12-01
Does copying this file into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV help?
