Fallout UHD Season 1

Post by Cultural-Climate9187 »

Obviously being brand new, the encryption for watching from disc using VLC and Ripping is currently unavailible, dropping the TGZ since i have seen it done on previous posts unsure if that information helps on breaking the encrytpion key but figured i would drop on the off chance anyone is having a similar issue there is a post about it, if someone can do something with the files added even better.

Hell wish there was a instructional video on a potential brute force method.

I do use the KeyDB Helper mind you which i think uses find vuk and mostly sets it up completely.

Yes, under the covers I set up FindVUK and use that to manage the KeyDB (syncing, uploading keys, etc). When you perform a synchronize it uses FindVUK to pull down the latest keydb.cfg and then my code copies it to the MakeMKV data directory.

But for titles that aren't in the KeyDB, posting a link to the tgz (with a non-pioneer drive from what I understand) allows others to add keys. The thing with the Pioneer drives is not all of them allow the VID to be read so it doesn't provide all the information needed for creating the VUK.

Honestly used it since you recommended in my last thread :D, Not sure if it needs updating or not last time it was a mediafire link do you update the same link or have a git to get most updated version with relative ease? currently on 1.82

I just updated it today. It probably won't make any difference for your use case but it's always good to keep it up to date. Find 1.0.1.5 here:
