Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

If you re-download the keydb or sync it with SamuriHL's utility (Link) you will be able to decrypt your disc.

I have the latest steelbook version and it rips just fine, maybe different countries may not have been decrypted but uk and USA have been
