My Verbatim UHD Drive works fine But MakeMKV can not decrypt the UHD.

At a guess, you haven't yet re-flashed your drive's firmware to support LibreDrive:

002004:0000 Error 'Scsi error - ILLEGAL REQUEST:COPY PROTECTION KEY EXCHANGE FAILURE - KEY NOT PRESENT' occurred while issuing SCSI command A30..0020..03F to device 'IoKit:/IOBDServices/E41FA87D'
Your TGZ dump file cannot be used, because it was created without LibreDrive being enabled for your UHD drive.
