The 47F8 variant of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest was added to the public keydb over 24 hours ago. Both your submission and the submission by sackoffun have the disc ID 0xA5B59F43F15C6DA231BAF0D83190EBC291B55992 and this is indeed present in the keydb.

Open up your keydb.cfg file and search for 0xA5B59F43F15C6DA231BAF0D83190EBC291B55992. You should see a line like this:

In case you've changed the MakeMKV data directory from the default, just remember that your extracted keydb.cfg file needs to be placed in the same folder where MakeMKV created your MKB20_v82_One_Flew_Over_the_Cuckoo's_Nest_47F8.tgz dump file.

I’ll try it again when I get home I guess. I know I tried it right before posting my data dump and it still wasn’t opening.
