I should check if they are available in Italy. Anyway, Alex Coluzzi told me that the LG is not so good and it will not last a lot.Coopervid wrote: Fri Feb 17, 2023 8:38 pm They are technically the same and you can flash to make it either an ASUS or a LG. Any reason you don't consider a Pioneer?
1 drive missing from the 1st page for Pioneer is BDR-XD08UMB-S which also works out of the box (without any firmware updates) with MakeMKVdaave wrote: Fri Feb 17, 2023 8:40 pmI should check if they are available in Italy. I am missing something, why should I need to flash my drive? I ripped a bluray disc this afternoon without flashing anything. The firmware change is useful for ripping 4k bluray?Billycar11 wrote: Tue Feb 21, 2023 9:14 pmHow is this not clear?daave wrote: Tue Feb 21, 2023 1:36 pm Guys, I bought a LG WH16NS40, I have to flash some firmware?
