You are using Windows 10/11 64 bit aren't you? I assume you downloaded my all you need firmware pack when you downloaded the SDFtool flasher? You made sure that MakeMKV is installed in the default location (ie: C:\Program Files (x86)\MakeMKV)? You made sure there is no disc in the drive and the tray is closed?
If your drive is SVC NB12 (sticker underneath) you should flash DE_LG_BP60NB10-NB12_1.02-MK. If it is SVC NB10, you should flash DE_LG_BP60NB10_1.02-MK.
Yes, I am using Windows 11 64 bit. MakeMKV is installed and in the location you wrote here. I did download the all you need firmware pack with the SDFtool flasher. I'll check what you are recommending I flash vs what I tried to flash.
So I re-downloaded the firmware pack to make sure I have the right files. The flash seems to have worked. I no longer see the messages (with patched firmware). However, trying to read a UHD disk, it acts like there's no disk has been inserted.
Here is the up to date info for the drive: (notice it says no disk inserted, but I do have a UHD disk in it at this time.)

Did you power cycle the drive after flashing? If not, do so.
Always insert the disc then wait for the OS to initialise it (can be seen in windows explorer) before you open up MakeMKV.
Sometimes, if a disc won't show in MakeMKV, the disc needs to be cleaned.
Cheers
