i am having issues with specifically this 4K movie... after inserting the disc it loads for a good while but ends up saying "no disc inserted" what is happening here? i have enabled internet access and my drive is fully functional with other 4K discs

Perhaps upload this TGZ dump file into (say) OneDrive or Google Drive, and then reply with a public download link please? This would allow people to try adding your disk to the public KEYDB.cfg file.
